Growing up as a child me and my family would always dine in at our favorite oriental restaurant. It was called the pecking restaurant in San Diego. It's closed down now, but my favorite thing I ordered there as a kid was the wonton soup and the fried wontons. Here in this restaurant, there fried wontons definitely reminded me of the same ones I used to eat as a kid. It definitely hit the home run on this. I give the fried wontons a 10/10 a great appetizing snack for guests or a movie night snack.
I know why the establishment has been in business for so many years ... it's wonderful! Food was awesome! The steamed dumplings were some of the best I've eaten! Service was fast & very friendly! She always kept our drinks refilled! The restaurant has a very cool way of decorating! Just all around neat local restaurant!
Been in that location forever, great lunch specials, fast service, waitresses are super. Fried rice is top notch.
Came here because I read the food was good. But need to say the food was GREAT. I had the Chicken Noodle soup and gotta say it was really good. Gonna be coming back weekly.
We placed an order for Chicken fried rice and Rainbow Rice. The plates were so heavy that we couldn't eat it all in one sitting. The price we paid was incredibly reasonable! The staff is always so friendly when we come in no matter what time of day. The atmosphere is so welcoming and clean. This has been one of my favorite places since I've been in the area for over 20 years.
My husband went in for a quick lunch and he loved it. He had been crazing Chinese but it's impossible to get it with me because of my food allergies. He said the food was delicious, the staff was super kind, and it was a fast service. Someone even paid for his lunch.
